The lots have a view of the beautiful gardens surrounding the clubhouse. The Springs lots have the added benefit that they may be purchased as an investment and produce rental income for the owner.
In the heart of the Resort, the Springs Plus lots vary, depending on your personal preference. Select a lot on the cul-de-sac for privacy or select a lot with a beautiful view of Mt. Cheam.
Located on the north and south perimeter of Phase two. Choose a lot with morning sunshine and a view of Mt. Cheam or a lot with the afternoon sunshine and a view of the western forested mountain and the magnificent rock cliffs.

1. Is the Resort on leased land?
The Resort land is freehold. Your purchase is registered with the BC Land Title Office. The Resort is 12 ½ acres and has 142-30 amp RV lots on Phase 1 and 64-50 amp RV lots on Phase 2.
2. Is the Resort open all year round?
Most owners winterize their RV’s late November and re-open early March, but some do enjoy occasionally staying during the winter months. 142 sites have limited winter service and 64 sites have full winter service. The large clubhouse and washrooms are open all year round.
3. What amenities are available?
The Resort has two heated pools. A large family pool and hot tub and a new adult pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a beautiful treed playground, horseshoe area and game park, dog walk area and walking trails. Activities and get-togethers take place in the new clubhouse which offers relaxing indoor space, a library, common social area, two big-screen TV’s, billiards, darts, fireplace and 2 outdoor fire features. There is also a large outdoor social pavilion, with foosball, basketball and ping pong that hosts many barbeques, dances and activities throughout the year.
4. What services are available?
The Resort has Shaw Go Wi-Fi Hotspots available as well as an open Wi-Fi service. All lots are fully serviced with municipal water, sewer and 30 or 50 amp electrical service.
5. Are there maintenance fees and what do they include?
The maintenance fee is $155.00 a month and includes property tax and all common expenses of running the Resort, such as electricity for common property, municipal water, sewer and grounds, buildings and pools maintenance.
6. Are there standards for building decks, sheds etc.?
The Whistler-style cedar and stone amenities have been mirrored in a standardized set of guidelines, in order to maintain the high design standards of the Resort.
7. Is there security on the grounds?
The Resort is a gated community with quiet time from 11 p.m., when the gate closes, until 7 a.m., when it re-opens. There are managers or caretakers on site all year round.
8. Can family or friends use my lake get-away?
Friends and family are welcome to come and stay with you. They are also welcome to stay on your site when you’re not there, provided you contact the office and register your guests before their arrival.
9. How far is Harrison Lake and the beach?
The beach is a two-minute drive or a comfortable ten-minute stroll from the Resort. There is a bike lane along Hot Springs Rd., so you can ride your bike into the Village.
10. Are there activities for the children at the Resort?
There are special activities geared towards our younger residents. Some of the highlights are craft hour, outdoor movies and Bigfoot Kid’s camps. Besides scheduled activities, there is lots to explore around the Resort; places to ride your bike, trails in the woods and a large fenced playground, featuring a 1930’s antique carousel, which the little ones love to ride. And don’t forget hours of fun in the pool and walking to the village for ice cream!
11. What kind of activities are there in the area?
The list of activities in the area is endless. Our favorites are golf, fishing, boating, hiking, and swimming. For those of us who enjoy a different kind of recreation, there are great restaurants, shopping and day spas.
