The premium lots are located along the north and south perimeter of the Resort, adjacent to forested areas. Enjoy privacy and shade to the south with magnificent cedar forest and to the north border 5 acres reserved for future expansion.
In the heart of the Resort the Springs Plus lots vary, depending on your personal preferences. Choose a sunny or shady lot, one close to the pool or on a quiet street, or choose to be near the playground and pool at the heart of the many activities we offer during the summer.
Located in close proximity to the new pool and hot tub, gardens and amenities, these lots are dedicated to the non-exclusive use RV lot owner. Enjoy occasional use of your RV lot and for the balance of the season, receive rental income from daily or seasonal guests.

Listed below are some of the frequently asked questions from purchasers. For more details please ask for a copy of our disclosure statement and Resort Rules and Regulations.
1. Is the Resort a Membership Resort?
The Springs RV Resort is not a membership resort. The 142 RV lots in the Resort are available for sale. 106 lots are for purchase for exclusive use of their owner or friends and family. 36 Lots are for purchase for non-exclusive use (non-exclusive use lots may only be used occasionally by the owner and for the majority of the time will be available for rent, earning the owner rental income).
2. Is the Resort on Leased Land?
The Resort land is freehold. When you become an Owner at The Springs RV Resort you are purchasing 1/142nd of the whole property and your shared ownership is registered with the BC Land Title Office.
3. What do the maintenance fees included?
The maintenance fees include all maintenance costs of running the Resort as well as Property Taxes, Electricity-both for common property and individual sites, Pool Maintenance, Garbage Removal, Landscaping of Common areas and Management cost.
4. How much are the maintenance fees?
The monthly maintenance fees for the 2010/2011 fiscal year are $120 per month, paid either on an annual basis or 4 equal payments of $360.
5. When I purchase a lot can I rent it out?
Lots designated as "Exclusive Use" can only be rented out on a seasonal basis. A maximum of 10% of "Exclusive Use" lots can be rented at any one time. Lots that are designated "non-exclusive" use can be rented out nightly or seasonally. Refer to disclosure statement for specified lots and rules and regulations governing rental activity.
6. What are the restrictions on resale of my Lot?
There are no restrictions on the re-sale of your lot.
7. Are there restrictions on building decks, sheds etc.?
Yes, we have a set of Building Guidelines and Rules and Regulations governed by the Societies Board of Directors. These guidelines provide a clear outline of what is allowable in order to maintain the high standards of the Resort. The new buildings in the Resort have been done in a Whistler style cedar and stone and the theme of that has been carried throughout the Resort.
8. When I invite friends or family to visit me do they have to pay a visitors fee?
A visitor fee for guests is only paid after more than 4 guests visit at one time. This is a nominal Fee intended to contribute to the cost of the upkeep of the amenities provided.
9. Can I lend my site to family or friends for an overnight stay when I'm not there?
Residents are able to have friends or family stay in their RV on their site. The Owner or Annual renter must contact the Resort office and register their guest before their arrival. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage or disruption caused by their guests.
10. Is the Resort open all year round?
The Resort is open to Owners all year round with full services April 15th to Oct 16th and limited services in the winter months.
11. Is there cable available?
Shaw cable is available at the amenities center for all guests to use. Guests may opt to have satellite cable at their individual sites at their own expense.
12. Is there a fee for Internet?
There is no fee for Internet. The Resort is wireless and can be accessed with a password.
13. Is there security?
The Resort is a gated community. The gate closes from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. A new entrance arm barrier is being installed for the 2011 year. Residents will use a fob system to access the Resort.
Guests to the Resort must be signed in at the Office.
14. Is there a playground?
Yes, the playground is located in a central area, near the pool and new washroom building. The playground also features a 1930's antique carousel which the little ones love to ride.
15. Is there laundry facilities?
The Resort has brand new coin operated laundry facilities located at the new amenities building.
16. What is the water supply?
The Resort is on municipal water.
17. Is the Resort on a septic field?
The Resort is on the municipal sewage treatment.
18. Are there activities for the children?
There are special activities geared towards our younger guests. During the summer there is an activity schedule posted so that the kids won't miss out. Some of the highlights are craft hour, bike parade, scavenger hunt, outdoor movies, kid's week in July and Aug.
And besides scheduled activities there is lots to explore around the Resort, places to ride your bike, basketball hoop, badminton, ping pong, croquet and let's not forget SWIMMING in the new pool complete with water spray area for the kids.
19. How far is the walk to Harrison Lake and the Beach?
It is a comfortable 10 minute stroll to the Beach or a 2 minute drive. Or ride your bike along the bike path.
20. Are pets allowed?
Yes, the Resort is cat and dog friendly. There is a large forested area designated as a dog walk.
Two pets are permitted per site. All pets must be on a leash and waste picked up by owner.
21. What kind of activities are in the area?
The list of activities in the area is endless. Our favorites are golf, fishing, boating, hiking, and swimming. Then of course for those of us who enjoy a different kind of recreation there are all the great restaurants to dine at, shopping and don't forget the Harrison Hot Springs Resort Spa! The area also boasts a lot of attractions such as the Circle Farm Tour, Minter Gardens, Train Tunnels and much more. The Village of Harrison also sponsors events every weekend in the summer.
