Annual Cost will be on average $3,000 for a full service RV site, payable in advance. Pricing will be slightly higher on larger than average lots and/or for premium locations. Pricing includes electricity, water, sewer, WiFi connection, mini-golf and all amenities. The Resort is open and fully serviced from April 15th to Oct. 15th. Access to your RV and site is available during the winter months with limited services.
