- Air-Tramming: With an hour's drive you can soar safely across the majestic Fraser River above Hell's Gate on one of two air-trams.
- Art Gallery: Located on Rockwell Drive, Harrison's Art Gallery hosts such exhibits as woodcarving, oil painting, basketry, water colors, and weaving.
- Aqua Biking & Tubing: Water walkers and squirt gun toting tubes are a refreshing way to cool down on a hot day. Available on the beachfront.
- Bird Watching: Harrison Lake is a major resting area on the north-south migration path. The Harrison River is the second largest home for bald eagles in North America.
- Boating: 40 miles of clean mountain lake make Harrison Lake a boater's dream. Take a cruise, or sail your own.

- Canoeing: Whether it's the Miami River, the lakes of Sasquatch Park or the Harrison Lake and River itself, every level of skill can be accommodated.
- Dancing: Kick up your heels at the Lido Night Club or dine and dance at the Copper Room in the Harrison Hot Springs Resort.
- Dining: Harrison Hot Springs and Agassiz host some of the finest restaurants anywhere, with menus that offer the cuisine of many countries.
- Fishing: Cutthroat, Rainbow, Dolly Varden, Steelhead, Coho and gigantic Sturgeon abound in the lakes, rivers and creeks around us.
- Forestry Green Tour: This self-guided tour around Harrison Lake will help you learn more about our forests. See the Old Harrison Ranger Station, Green Point camp, the site of the 1958 fire, tree plantations, Bear Creek campsite and a logging airstrip constructed in 1947.

- Hang Gliding: Join the Vancouver and Fraser Valley Hang Gliding Association (604-854-5950) on a weekend afternoon from April to October at Mount Woodside.
- Hiking: Grab your pack sack and put on your hiking boots! There's plenty of trails to choose from.
- Kite Flying: Afternoon winds make this a fun activity every day. Buy one or build your own.
- Living History Site: Only 20 minutes west of Harrison Hot Springs on Highway 7, enjoy an afternoon exploring the past at the Kilby Store and Farm, a 1920's Fraser Valley Living History Site.
- Minter Gardens: Only 15 minutes away, Minter Gardens 27 acres offer a constantly changing floral showcase.
- Mini-Golf: The Tugboat Junction -- A beautifully landscaped adventure mini-golf course with waterfalls, train trestle and train station clubhouse... 750 Hot Springs Road.
- Motorsports: Follow the signs to Kent Raceways (west on Hwy. 7) for motorcross and stock car racing some weekends from May to September (see calendar of events for dates).
- Mountain Biking: Take the mountain biking challenge of the Hicks Lake, Bear Lake, Beaver Pond and Bridal Trails.
- Nothing: Sometimes the best part of a Harrison holiday! Read a novel, watch the ducks or whatever... The Village of Harrison is the place to escape the pace of urban life.
- Picnicking: Take the kids on an excursion to the park for an enjoyable picnic lunch in Agassiz's Pioneer Park, Harrison Hot Springs' Rendall Park or drive up to Sasquatch Provincial Park for an unforgettable barbeque at the Green Point picnic area.
- Sand Sculpturing: Harrison's beach sand is ideal for building castles and dragons! Or watch the world championship sand sculptors in September.
- Sailing: Almost a guaranteed wind every summer afternoon. Remember - Harrison is a mountain lake and can be dangerous for small craft.
- Shooting: The Agassiz Rod and Gun Club (604-796-7500) welcomes visitors.
- Swimming: Try the Public Hot Pool, the lagoon the sparkling clean swimming areas in Sasquatch Park or the outdoor pool at the Agassiz fairgrounds.
- Tennis: The public courts are located in Spring Park beside the Miami River and in Agassiz at the fairgrounds or the high school.
- Water Skiing: Early mornings and late afternoons offer the best chances for calm water on Harrison Lake.
